DMCA / Copyright Policy

1. Core rule

Users may submit only links and content they are authorized to access, use, or share. We may restrict access, remove records, or take other appropriate action after receiving a valid notice.

2. A copyright notice should include

• The rights holder's or authorized representative's name, contact details, and physical or electronic signature.
• A clear identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list when multiple works are involved.
• The exact location of the material on LUMI, such as the complete share link, page URL, or submission identifier.
• A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law.
• A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.

3. Review and action

We may request missing information. For a sufficient notice, we may pause delivery, preserve necessary evidence, and notify the affected user. A general complaint that does not identify the material may not be actionable.

4. Counter-notice

A user who believes material was restricted by mistake may provide identity and contact information, the former location of the material, the basis for the objection, an appropriate consent to dispute resolution, and a signature. We may forward it to the complainant and decide whether restoration is legally appropriate.

5. Repeat infringement and abuse

We may restrict or terminate repeat infringers. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices may create liability; do not use this process for harassment or disputes unrelated to copyright.

6. Submitting a notice

Use the support channel published on the website and include “Copyright / DMCA Notice” in the subject. This policy describes LUMI's handling process and does not represent that LUMI has appointed a registered statutory DMCA agent in any particular jurisdiction.
