1. Acceptance

By accessing, registering for, or using LUMI, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Copyright Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate registration information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and should promptly report unauthorized use. You must meet the minimum legal age for this type of service where you live.

3. Acceptable use

• Submit only links and content you are authorized to access, use, or share.
• Do not upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, malicious, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, or unsafe content.
• Do not bypass access controls, abuse APIs, disrupt the platform, probe accounts, or conduct reverse-engineering attacks.
• Do not use LUMI for unauthorized commercial distribution or in a way that violates an original service's applicable terms.

4. User content and license

You retain rights you lawfully hold in your content. You grant LUMI a limited, non-exclusive, revocable technical license only as needed to review, store, deliver, secure, and handle complaints about that content.

5. Availability

Availability can depend on the original link, networks, third-party services, maintenance, and legal requirements. We may pause, change, or discontinue features for security, capacity, or compliance reasons and will provide a clear notice where reasonably possible.

6. CDKs, roles, and Snow Crystals

CDKs, roles, passes, usage counts, and Snow Crystals are in-service feature credentials, not deposits, legal tender, or investments. Their scope, duration, limits, and withdrawal rules are those shown at redemption. We may freeze or correct assets affected by fraud, abuse, or error.

7. Intellectual property

The LUMI name, interface, software, visual assets, and original platform content are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, impersonate, sell, or create confusing derivative services without permission.

8. Restriction and termination

We may restrict features, freeze assets, remove content, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, endanger users or the platform, infringe rights, or are subject to a valid legal requirement. Records necessary for disputes or legal obligations may be retained.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that third-party resources remain available or error-free and are not responsible for interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service or applicable rules change. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions and complaints may be sent through the support channel published on the website.
