3. User Responsibility
Ensure your content and links are lawful and properly authorized. LUMI does not endorse them or guarantee ownership. The responsible user must lawfully address resulting disputes, losses, complaints, and claims; statutory platform liability remains unaffected.
4. Platform Governance
For suspected violations, safety threats, infringement, or serious or repeated misconduct, LUMI may warn, restrict functions, block access, suspend service, freeze accounts, or impose long-term or permanent bans. We may preserve records, act urgently without prior notice, and lawfully assist competent authorities.
5. Reports and Appeals
Report illegal content, suspicious links, account abuse, or security risks through published channels. You may submit reasons and evidence to appeal a decision. False or malicious reports are prohibited.
6. Privacy
We process only personal information necessary for service delivery, security, support, complaints, and legal duties, such as account data, usage records, security logs, and submitted information. We do not sell or unjustifiably disclose it. Rights of access, correction, deletion, or account cancellation apply as provided by law.

We use risk-appropriate safeguards, but no internet service is absolutely secure. Protect your login details and beware of fraud and phishing. Data is kept only as needed for its purpose, law, disputes, or security, then deleted, anonymized, or lawfully handled.

Protected LUMI names, marks, designs, software, and text may not be copied, imitated, altered, or commercially used without permission. You retain lawful rights in your content while allowing processing necessary to operate and secure the service and meet legal duties.

Minors should use the service with a guardian's guidance. We may take lawful protective action where their wellbeing or rights are at risk.
